HOMEARAMA® 2024 is produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm is being developed by Klosterman Farm Land Development, LLC (Scott Lucke, Dan deStefano and Tim Myers). The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm is located in Goshen Township, Clermont County (just a couple of miles outside downtown Loveland).
Stone Pillars Farm is an upscale equestrian community in a convenient rural setting. Whether you own a horse or not, you will enjoy this scenic community.
HOMEARAMA® 2024 will feature a minimum of six fully decorated and landscaped homes in a variety of architectural styles. Builders include Chris Gorman Homes, Andrew Arthur Homes, LLC, Robert Lucke Homes, Inc., deStefano Homes and Remodeling, LLC, Wieland Builders, LLC., and Drees Homes. Show homes in The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm development will be priced beginning at $1.3 million dollars.

The Show Guide serves as a resource for show attendees looking for ideas and inspiration for their homes, as well as a branding tool for builders and industry professionals. It includes details and floor plans for each home, bios of the exclusive show home builders, and a listing of vendors who participate in the building process.
- Copies of the magazine will be hand-delivered to show attendees, special show events, sponsor retail locations and Preview Party attendees as their show guide.
- The Digital magazine will be available online at Housetrends.com and cincyhomearama.com with active links to advertiser’s websites and promoted on social media platforms Instagram and Facebook.
