HOMEARAMA® 2026: The Estates at Bothe Farms
HOMEARAMA® 2026 will be held at The Estates at Bothe Farms in Hamilton Township, Warren County. The Estates at Bothe Farms is being developed by Brookstone Homes, Inc.
HOMEARAMA® 2026 will feature eight fully decorated and landscaped homes in a variety of architectural styles. Builders include Brookstone Homes, Inc.; Eagle Custom Homes, Inc.; John Hill Construction; Justin Doyle Homes; K Homes, LLC; Old World Custom Homes; Sterling Homes; and, Wieland Builders, LLC. Homes at The Estates at Bothe Farms will be priced from $1.6 million to $3 million plus.

Ticket Prices
Tickets are $23.00 at the gate. Tickets can be purchased for a discount price of $21.00 on the HOMEARAMA® website cincyhomearama.com and through the HOMEARAMA® App - Cincinnati HOMEARAMA®(available at Google Play and the Apple App Store). The ticket price includes FREE on-site parking. Children 12 and under are admitted for free if accompanied by an adult. No tickets sold or admittance to the show after 8:00 PM.
Directions
From I-275 take Exit 52 (Loveland/Indian Hill) toward Loveland. Turn left onto Loveland Madeira Road. Turn right onto E. Kemper Road. Turn right onto W. Loveland Avenue. Turn left onto N. 2nd Street (OH-48). Continue straight onto Cozaddale-Murdock Road. Community is one mile on right.
From I-71 take Exit 28 (South Lebanon). Go south on OH-48 for 6.8 miles. Turn left on Cozaddale-Murdock Road. Community is one mile on right.

Important Show Information
There is no charge for parking as the ticket price includes on-site parking.
Bishop’s Quarter, whose restaurant and bar is located in downtown Loveland, will provide food, beer and wine at this year’s show. They offer small bites, sharables and southern comfort food. A restroom trailer and ADA accessible portable restrooms will be available on site. Numerous events are being planned for HOMEARAMA® 2026. All events will be listed on the HOMEARAMA® website cincyhomearama.com.
No strollers, wagons or child backpacks with metal frames are permitted in the show homes. No pets are permitted within the show site, except for service animals required on account of a guest’s disability. Such guest shall be responsible for any damage caused by their service animal. We suggest that you wear gym shoes or flat shoes to HOMEARAMA®. There is a considerable amount of walking at the show and there are steps in all of the homes.
