HOMEARAMA® 2021: Plan Your Visit

The region’s premier home show is back again and ready to welcome you to Anderson Township. This year you’ll have the opportunity to tour fully decorated and landscaped homes priced over $1 million in a peaceful, East Side enclave.

Here’s everything you need to know to plan your fun-filled and inspiring visit to the show:

HOMEARAMA® 2021, which runs September 18-October 3, is the 58th single-site new home showcase produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. Each year, the much-anticipated show attracts thousands of enthusiastic Cincinnatians. This show at Parkside Estates offers five custom luxury homes in a variety of architectural styles. You’ll see the fine craftsmanship of four local builders: Redknot Homes (two homes), Sterling Homes, Wieland Builders and Zicka Homes. The homes are priced at $1.3 million and up.

More to See

In addition to the custom luxury homes you expect to see at HOMEARAMA®, this year’s show will include a tiny house from Maverick Tiny Homes on site and open for tours. Animal lovers will also enjoy seeing four designer custom-built dog houses on display. The dog houses will be auctioned off during the show with proceeds going to Campbell County FURever Friends.

So Much to Do

If you’ve ever attended HOMEARAMA®, you’ll know that house tours are just part of the fun. Each day there’s a special event to enjoy, so be sure to take a look at our events calendar before heading out to the show. While you’re at the show, check out the newest home products in the HomeZone Exhibit Tent near the show entrance. Inside you’ll find more than 15 vendors offering information about their services.

Worked up an appetite? Luckily, delicious food, beer and wine will be available daily at HOMEARAMA®. Belterra Park Cincinnati and LaRosa’s will both have food trucks on site. Cowboy Cones will feature ice cream, beverages and other concession items. A restroom trailer will also be available.

Be sure to commemorate your time at the show by posing for a selfie at our Instagram Station: Look for the larger-than-life hammer installation designed and built by University of Cincinnati student Andrew Holcroft. Share your photos on social media and connect with other attendees using hashtag #cincyhomearama2021.
