The news about HOMEARAMA®’s return to Anderson Township has piqued plenty of interest in local media. Newspaper and broadcast news coverage highlighted plans to bring HOMEARAMA® 2021 to Parkside Estates at Coldstream.
A Cincinnati Enquirer article noted that the show, scheduled for next June, plans to highlight eight to 10 show homes that will range in price from about $1 million up to $1.3 million. Builders who have committed to the show include Sterling Homes, Wieland Builders and Zicka Homes. Zicka Homes is also the developer of Parkside Estates.
Local news outlets Fox 19 and Local 12 also carried news of the show on their websites. They highlighted the Anderson Township location for its proximity to Coldstream Country Club, Coney Island, the Eastgate Mall and Riverbend Music Center. Just off I-275 east, Parkside Estates is convenient to downtown Cincinnati and other tri-state suburbs.
People who are interested in becoming HOMEARAMA® homeowners currently have their pick of lots at Parkside Estates. These home buyers, like all other previous HOMEARAMA® buyers, have the opportunity to save thousands on custom upgrades. Homes in the show feature the latest in design trends and home innovations, too. The home sites will be larger than usual and surrounded by plenty of green space.
Buyers interested in building a HOMEARAMA® home are urged to contact the builder of their choice or the Cincinnati Home Builders Association directly. A groundbreaking is being planned for this fall.
