Bike to HOMEARAMA® 2020

This year’s HOMEARAMA® is bike friendly, so grab your bike and make a day (or evening) of it.

Getting to the Show

HOMEARAMA 2020 is located at Walworth Junction in Cincinnati’s East End. This new infill neighborhood is an easy bike ride from downtown, the Lunken Airport Loop Trail and a range of East Side neighborhoods. Local architects and builders have created seven luxury contemporary homes packed with premium amenities for show visitors to tour October 10-25. The neighborhood is also adjacent to a planned rail-to-trail corridor.

To help you navigate, the show’s street address is 3107 Walworth Ave. Visitors are being asked to park at Schmidt Boat Ramp and Sports Complex. You can walk to the show from there, take a shuttle bus or lock your bike along Eastern Ave.

Once You’re There

The opportunity to see builders and interior designers go all out has been the big draw of HOMEARAMA for more than 50 years. Buy your ticket at the gate (or in advance online or in the HOMEARAMA app) and start your tour at any of the seven homes. All have rooftop terraces or outdoor spaces where you can take in a sunset view of the river or downtown city lights.

If looking at gourmet kitchens, walk-in pantries and outdoor grill islands is making you hungry, head over to the on-site food trucks to grab a bite to eat. Or, if it’s happy hour, order up a HOMEARAMA-branded beer created just for the show. Craving something sweet? Cowboy Cones will be there with ice creamy goodness.

So Close to Everything

You can keep the fun going on nearby Riverside Drive. Head through the pedestrian tunnel and down the street to Eli’s BBQ, (3313 Riverside Drive). If the weather holds, you can sit outside on the restaurant’s patio or covered pavilion to enjoy ribs, sandwiches and the rest of Eli’s menu. Or head over to the Hi-Mark (3229 Riverside Drive) for craft beers, cocktails and a full menu served inside or out on the deck. From HOMEARAMA, you’re also just a short walk away from The Precinct, Tostado’s Grill and Pearl’s Bar.

Head Home or Beyond

You’ve seen all the posh real estate at HOMEARAMA, but maybe you’re not ready to call it a day yet. Retrieve your bike and ride along the nearby Ohio River Trail to take in the river views, or head east and connect up with the Lunken Airport Loop Trail.
