At HOMEARAMAⓇ Urban Edition 2023 in June, Ashford Homes will be showcasing its top building services and designs four-fold! Show attendees will get to tour four homes by Ashford Homes: two townhomes and two single-family homes.

Luxury Townhomes

The townhomes from Ashford are the epitome of luxury. Like typical townhomes, they are connected or in the same building but are separate units. Consisting of four levels, the townhomes have mirroring floor plans that feature two bedrooms, a two-car garage, exercise room and a grand, open kitchen. The top level offers a rooftop wet bar, hot tub and the ultimate view of the Cincinnati skyline.

Single-Family Homes with Style

Both single-family homes from Ashford in this summer’s show have five floors of carefully designed rooms and features. While the exterior of both homes follow a contemporary and modern style, one goes with lighter tones and natural materials like wood and brick, while the other has a more modern industrial feel with darker tones paired with metal accents and stone.

The lighter home has four bedrooms, including a guest bedroom and a “grand bedroom” on the main floor. This home also has a two-car garage and other features like a screened-in deck, a study, an exercise room and a loft that is the perfect spot for the ultimate at-home bar. Every level has a deck to ensure you have access to the outdoors, even in the city setting.
